Paul Iagnocco has over 26 years of experience in privacy, data protection, information systems management, digital marketing, and operations. Paul has held various leadership roles in industries such as higher education, marketing, advertising, consumer goods, and consumer packaged goods.

At TrustArc, Paul served as the Head of Customer Enablement, responsible for leading and enabling customers. Paul also served as the Director of the Global Consulting Team and Operations, where they provided leadership, vision, and oversaw the team's activities. Additionally, they held the position of Director of the United States Eastern Region Consulting Group and Senior Privacy Consultant, leading client engagements and managing TrustArc's Privacy Consulting Group activities. Prior to this, they were the Director of the Mid-West Consulting and Senior Privacy Consultant.

Before joining TrustArc, Paul worked at Kellogg Company as the Chief Privacy Officer, overseeing the company's privacy program and ensuring coordination with the information security program. Paul also held the role of Senior Director of Global Digital Enablement & Operations.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked at Biggs Gilmore Communications as a Senior Digital Strategist and Account Supervisor. Paul also held positions at Western Michigan University, including Director of Student Affairs Information Services and Director/Assistant Dean for Student Life.

Paul Iagnocco completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Western Michigan University from 1981 to 1985. Paul then obtained a Secondary Teaching Certificate in Civics, Economics, US History, and World History from the same university, completing it in 1987. Later, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued Master's Work in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Russian Studies at Western Michigan University.
