Laura Valerie started their career as a Registered Nurse at Bethesda Health in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Laura Valerie then joined Delray Medical Center as a Registered Nurse, where they not only provided patient care but also took on leadership roles such as Chairperson of the Unit Committee and the Hospital Nursing Practice Committee, focusing on improving patient care and nursing practice.

In 2014, Laura moved to Wellington Regional Med Ctr as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. After three years, they joined Trustbridge as a Quality Assurance Nurse Specialist, contributing to the organization's commitment to excellence. Laura Valerie then took on the role of Clinical Regulatory Leadership Educator, where they showcased their expertise in educating healthcare professionals.

Laura's dedication and expertise led to their promotion as the Manager of Clinical Education, where they further contributed to enhancing the knowledge and skills of the clinical staff. Following this, they excelled as the Regional Director of Patient Care, demonstrating their ability to oversee patient care operations across a region.

Currently, as the Director of Palliative Care at Trustbridge, Laura utilizes their extensive experience to lead and manage the delivery of specialized care to patients and their families.

Laura Valerie Valiante completed their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Florida Atlantic University, graduating in 2009. Laura Valerie then pursued a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration and Financial Leadership from the same university, completing their studies in 2016. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications including Leadership in the 21st Century from Wharton Online in May 2023, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Ets in May 2017, and BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in August 2015.
