Allana Cacho

Allana Cacho has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Allana started their career as an Administrative Intern at the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2017. Allana then worked as a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they took on a role as a Marketing Intern at Simimi Scents. In 2019, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioned to the role of Business Development Representative. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Salesforce. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at TrustCloud, having previously held the roles of Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager.

Allana Cacho completed their high school education at Saint John's School from 2011 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended UMass Boston from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's in Science degree in Management. In 2018, they participated in a study abroad program at the Barcelona School for International Studies, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Allana Cacho obtained a Service Hub Software Certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2021. Furthermore, they achieved the GRC Audit and GRC Professional Certifications from GRC Certify in March 2023.
