Allison Allen is a seasoned healthcare professional with a diverse background in customer success and nursing. Currently serving as a Customer Success Strategist- Clinical Advocate at Trusted Health since October 2021, Allison focuses on scaling product implementation and enhancing operational decisions to drive business revenue. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager- Nurse Advocate, fostering customer relationships and leading product pilots. Allison's nursing career includes roles at Riley Children's Health as an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Clinician and as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, where responsibilities included providing high-level life support and coordinating care for critically ill infants. Additionally, Allison has a foundation in patient care from Indiana University Health as a Patient Care Intern and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing.
