Derek Trovillion

Derek Trovillion is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and account management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Client Services at Trusted Health since August 2020, Derek leads the Account Management division to drive performance, mentorship, and business growth while consistently exceeding targets. Prior roles include Sr. Marketplace Manager at Scout Exchange, where Derek managed onboarding processes for new customers and developed strategic programs to enhance customer engagement. Additional experience includes technical recruiting at TEKsystems and managerial positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, showcasing a strong background in relationship management, team leadership, and operational oversight. Derek holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate of Arts from John A. Logan College.
