Mitch Dailey

Mitch Dailey has extensive experience in analytics and virtual economy. Mitch started their career in 1999 as an Analytics Strategy Consultant, leading consulting projects for various companies in the technology, utility, investments, and banking industries. In 2005, they joined Capital Group as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

In 2008, Mitch moved to Linden Lab, where they served as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and later as the Manager of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence. Mitch was responsible for measuring and challenging business decisions with actionable data for Linden Lab's consumer properties, including the metaverse platform Second Life.

Mitch joined Pacific Primary in 2015 as a member of the Board of Directors, where they served as Treasurer until 2018. In 2014, they returned to Linden Lab as the Director of Analytics and Virtual Economy, leading analytics, product, finance, and operations for the company's consumer properties.

In 2020, Mitch became a founding member of Sansar, a live events metaverse platform. Mitch held the position of VP of Analytics and Head of Product Operations, overseeing all product and financial operations. Mitch played a crucial role in developing partnerships, increasing sales of virtual currency, and expanding Sansar's user-generated content economy.

Mitch Dailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vassar College.
