Derek S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Derek started their career at Nielsen Media Research as a Sales and Marketing Associate for local and national TV stations. Derek then worked as a Technology and Trade Analyst at the California Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency in London. Derek later joined Y&R Brands and Wunderman as a Brand Strategy Manager and Senior Brand Strategist, respectively. Derek then transitioned to Tempo Networks as a Business Development Director, where they managed the execution of marketing materials and improved messaging and target communications. Derek also worked at Corbis as a Business Development Director for global advertising and marketing agencies before becoming the CEO and Founder of Plug In Ventures in 2014.
