Ricky Plows is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in marketing design and brand enhancement. Currently serving as the Marketing Design Lead at TrustedHousesitters since November 2025, Ricky is responsible for storytelling and visual communications. Prior to this role, Ricky enhanced brand initiatives as Creative Lead at Trainline from March 2024 to November 2025, and as Creative Director at Tatata Studios from April 2019 to March 2024. Ricky has also contributed to innovative brand strategies at Wondr Medical, co-founded the social media agency MonkeyRoar, and worked on high-scale digital transformation projects at Organic | Certified B Corp UK. Early career experiences include a designer position at Wildish & Co. and a dual role as Care Practitioner and Design Tutor at The National Autistic Society. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Gloucestershire.
