Laurent Hernández

Laurent Hernández is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of IT strategy, digital business enablement, and insurance solutions. Currently serving as a Partner at TRUSTEQ GmbH since November 2023, Laurent leads consulting efforts in IT Strategy and Sustainability/ESG. Previously, as the Head of Digital Business Enablement at Allianz SE from March 2015 to October 2023, Laurent acted as a crucial interface between operational entities and Group IT, overseeing global IT initiatives and collaborations. Earlier roles include Director of Health Sales Solutions & Operations at Allianz SE, where leadership was provided to a department of over 60 experts, and Program Manager for Health Insurance, managing a significant transformation project with a budget of approximately €250 million. Prior experience includes engagement management at Oliver Wyman and managerial positions at Accenture and Siemens. Laurent holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Information Technology, both from the Technical University of Munich.
