Robert Flaherty

Robert Flaherty is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in operations management, marketing, and technical services. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at TruStile Doors since July 2022, Robert previously operated as an Operations Consultant for a self-owned venture from July 2020 to July 2022. Robert's prior roles include Director of Manufacturing at American Spraytech LLC, where tenure lasted from March 2011 to August 2020, and Co-Chairman of the Public Relations Committee for the Professional Service Group from August 2010 to March 2011. Previously, Robert spent over a decade at Power Container Corp, initially as Director of Technical Services and later as Director of Operations, Marketing & International Sales. An earlier role as Plant Manager at Smurfit Plastics Packaging marked Robert’s commitment to leadership in the packaging industry. Robert holds an A.A.S. in Business Management from Middlesex College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
