Michiel Langelaar

Michiel Langelaar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michiel is currently the COO and Managing Director at Trustmoore, a global corporate services provider. Prior to Trustmoore, Michiel founded Hillback, an investor in new business ventures in the Netherlands. Michiel also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Nederlands Astma Centrum Davos, a specialized clinic for the treatment of severe asthmatics. Michiel has held advisory and management positions at 3PM Holding, Primum Renewable Energy, International Capital Advisors LLC, RBS, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Arthur Andersen. Michiel'sexpertise lies in strategy, finance, tax, and legal matters, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Michiel Langelaar completed their Gymnasium B degree at Jacobus College Enschede from 1984 to 1990. Michiel later pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Tax at Leiden University, which they completed from 1990 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Michiel has obtained a certification in the ScaleUpNation Board Program from ScaleUpNation in November 2019.
