Jennifer Gates

Jennifer Gates is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Managing Director and COO at O.C. Tanner since September 2011. Previously held positions include VP and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance and Operations at the same company, as well as Finance Manager at GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare and Controller at Mabe Canada Inc. Jennifer's foundational experience began at Camco - GE Appliances, where various finance positions were held from 2001 to 2008. Educationally, Jennifer holds an MBA from McMaster University, a CGA from the Certified General Accountants Association, and an Honours BSc in Mathematics & Statistics from McMaster University.
