Manaicha Veeruppen

Manaicha Veeruppen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at TrustQore since January 2019. Previously known as Geneva Management Group, this role involves overseeing various responsibilities including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Manaicha held the position of HR Manager at Linkeo from 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR policies and recruitment in compliance with legal frameworks in Mauritius and Madagascar. From 2015 to 2017, Manaicha was the Deputy Head of HR & Head of Recruitment at Outremer Telecom, leading a team and managing personnel administration, payroll, and extensive recruitment efforts. Earlier career experience includes roles as Executive Researcher at Morgan Philips Executive Search, Associate Talent Acquisition at Ceridian Mauritius, and Human Resources Officer at Emtel. Manaicha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Management from Curtin University.
