Richard Santos

Richard Santos, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations and management. Richard is currently working as a People Operations Manager at Archblock, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, Richard worked as a People Operations Specialist at TrustToken starting in March 2021.

Prior to that, they completed their Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Diablo Valley College from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Richard has obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2023.
