Bartlomiej Karwowski

Bartlomiej (Bart) Karwowski has extensive experience in IT management and operations. Bartlomiej (Bart) currently holds the role of Director of Cloud Operations, Security & Governance at Trustwave, where they are responsible for managing daily operational support, developing support processes, and implementing security controls across Cloud Service Providers. Bart has also managed a team of 24 direct reports and led the transition to a 24x7 support model. Prior to Trustwave, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including Senior IT Manager and Global Supply Chain Planning IT Innovation Operations Manager. Bartlomiej (Bart) has also held positions at Bahama Films as an International Screenwriter and at IBM Global Technology Services as an IT Specialist.

Bartlomiej (Bart) Karwowski completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the same institution in 2012. Bart also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, which they obtained in 2011. In addition to their academic degrees, Bart has obtained various certifications including Incident Commander from Black Rock 3 Partners Inc. in 2017, ITIL v3 Service Transition and ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in 2013, PRINCE2 Foundation from APMG-International in 2012, and several other certifications in areas such as project management, English language proficiency, and computing.
