Ziv Mador has a diverse work experience in the field of security research and software development. Ziv started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at IBM in 1993. Later, they joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2003. During their time at Microsoft, they also served as a Team Manager and eventually became a Senior Program Manager. In 2011, they joined M86 Security as the Director of Malware Security Lab. From 2012 onwards, they worked at Trustwave, initially as the Director of Security Research for SpiderLabs and then as the VP of Security Research.
Ziv Mador obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Technion during the years 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, Ziv completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Technion between 1990 and 1993. In addition to their academic degrees, Ziv holds a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², obtained in 2017.
