Rachel Orr McDowell

Rachel Parks is an accomplished professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in customer success and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead and Customer Success Manager at Trustwell since February 2023, Rachel previously held similar roles at FoodLogiQ from September 2019 to February 2023. Further back, Rachel worked as an Area Specialized Agent for Consumer & Retail Food Safety at North Carolina State University between January 2017 and September 2019. Rachel's career began at Sealed Air Corporation as a Senior Packaging Applications Specialist from June 1999 to October 2007. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Food Science from Clemson University, along with a Master’s of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Georgia.
