Federica has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Business Development at TrustYou, where they focused on defining global sales strategies and driving sales growth. Prior to TrustYou, they worked at Anvia Holding, Ravano Green Power, Value Lab, and Hearst Magazines, honing their skills in project management, strategic decision-making, branding, and marketing. Federica's expertise lies in orchestrating partnerships, managing high-complexity projects, and driving target-beating sales growth across multiple sectors.

Federica Roti completed their Bachelor in International Economics and Management at Università Bocconi from 2005 to 2008. Federica then pursued their Master of Science in International Management at Università Bocconi from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they participated in a university exchange programme at City University of Hong Kong in 2008.
