Lauren Higgins has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group and later became an Account Specialist at OnProcess Technology. In 2011, they joined Philips Lifeline as an In-Service Coordinator for a few months before transitioning to Virgin Pulse. At Virgin Pulse, Lauren held multiple roles, including Account Specialist, Account Manager, Implementation Manager, and Sr. Project Manager, where they worked closely with clients and managed implementations of the Virgin Pulse program. In 2016, Lauren moved to Qstream, where they served as a Sr. Client Services Consultant and later as the Team Lead of Launch Services. In 2018, they joined MeYou Health as the Director of Client Success before eventually becoming the Vice President of Client Success at Truth Initiative in 2019. At Truth Initiative, Lauren has held various positions, including Managing Director of Partnerships & Strategic Accounts and Managing Director of Client Success, Innovations. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated their expertise in client success, project management, and implementing software solutions.
Lauren Higgins received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bryant University in 2009. Lauren then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Fitchburg State University, completing it in 2023.
In terms of additional certifications, Lauren obtained the Certified Client Success Manager, Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in April 2023. Lauren also obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager, Level 1 certification from success coaching during the same time. In 2014, they became a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent in the State of Massachusetts. Lastly, Lauren holds a Yellow Belt - Six Sigma certification from Aveta Business Institute, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are not provided.
