Konrad Hintermair

Konrad Hintermair is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in venture creation and management. As the Founder and Managing Partner of DevelopX since January 2019, and a Partner at TruVenturo GmbH since July 2016, Konrad has played a pivotal role in building Germany's leading digital ventures. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Konrad worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where leadership of high-performing teams in Advanced Industries was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions and Alstom Transport, focusing on advanced materials. Konrad holds an MBA from IESE Business School and dual degrees in Material Science and Engineering from the Max Planck Institute and the University of Stuttgart.
