Emma Lepak

Emma Lepak has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Emma'smost recent role is as R&D Director at TRUVIC, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of R&D and Operations at Kalila Medical (Terumo Corporation) from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Sr. Project Manager and later as the Director of Development and Operations at Kalila Medical (Abbott Laboratories). Before that, Emma worked as the Hypertension Engineering Development Manager at Covidien (Maya Medical) from 2012 to 2013, and as the R&D Manager at Maya Medical from 2011 to 2012. Emma also worked as a Sr. R&D Engineer at Apama Medical from 2009 to 2010, and as the R&D Manager/Sr. R&D Engineer at Sadra Medical from 2004 to 2009. Emma started their career as an R&D Engineer at Bacchus Vascular in 2002. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in R&D, project management, operations, and medical device development.

Emma Lepak attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University between 2000 and 2002.
