Tim Geyer is the EVP & CFO at TruVista Communications, Inc. Prior to joining TruVista, Tim served as the VP Operations and Supply Chain for MIC from January 2014 to October 2016. In this role, Tim was responsible for leading operations, supply chain, continuous improvement, and engineering for MIC's 5 locations in Texas, Mexico, Malaysia and Oklahoma. Tim has also held the position of Vice President- Operations & Supply Chain for Sargent Aerospace & Defense from March 2010 to January 2014. In this role, Tim was responsible for driving operational performance across the organization which included operations, supply chain, safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Tim has been nominated for UTC supplier gold with Pratt and Whitney Canada based on supplier metrics. Some of Tim's key accomplishments include leading 8 month on-site recovery of the unionized Montreal facility, implementing weekly financial play-books and review-forecasts, and designing and implementing the Sargent capability expansion process for acquisition, installation, and run off for all capital.
Tim Geyer holds a MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same school. Tim also has a certification from Textron Six Sigma in Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
