Natasha Gregory

Natasha Gregory is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, psychometrics, and performance coaching. Currently serving as Divisional Manager: Recruitment and Psychometrics at Truworths since January 2012, Natasha leads a dedicated team focused on attracting top talent while also overseeing psychometric evaluations and HR support. Prior to this role, Natasha spent over 17 years at Standard Bank of South Africa in various positions, including Performance Coach and Human Resources Consultant, where contributions included enhancing leadership culture and managing HR functions for the branch network. Natasha holds an MBA with a thesis in Talent Development and a BA Honours in Counselling Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
