Nicolas Peluffo

Nicolas Peluffo has an extensive work experience in various industries. Nicolas is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of TRVLR, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Ponta dos Ganchos Exclusive Resort, starting in December 2001. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Partner & Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, and Development Manager. In 2013, they co-founded Xmile Learning and served as the CEO until December 2022. Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Olea Capital from January 2021 to July 2022. Nicolas also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Avant Global, LLC from April 2019 to May 2022, and as an Operating Partner at Polo Capital from September 2015 to February 2018. In addition, they served on the Board of Directors and as the Delegate for South America at Relais & Châteaux from November 2009 to November 2012. Furthermore, they held leadership positions at BLTA - Brazilian Luxury Travel Association, where they were the President from April 2009 to April 2011 and Co-Founder & Member of the Board of Directors from April 2007 to April 2009.

Nicolas Peluffo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pos-ECM / UFSC, studying from 1997 to 2003. Nicolas then pursued a Certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment at Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration in 2007. Later, Nicolas enrolled in the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2015 to further enhance their expertise.
