Alain Villeneuve

Alain Villeneuve currently serves as the Senior Vice-President & General Counsel at TRX Training. With a background as a Partner at Duane Morris LLP and a Shareholder at Vedder Price, Alain is an expert in intellectual property law. Alain has also worked as an adjunct professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law and has years of experience as a Patent Attorney in various firms. Prior to their legal career, Alain managed nuclear waste sites in Italy and served as a Project Manager in France. Alain holds degrees in EMBA, International Law, Juris Doctor, Nuclear Physics and Engineering, and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
