Lucia Artica

Lucia Artica is currently the Head of Recruitment at Airdesk, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter II at Concentrix from August 2022 to December 2022. Lucia also has experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at Airdesk from March 2022 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Recruiter at Interactive Contact Center from February 2022 to March 2022. Before transitioning into recruitment roles, Lucia worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at 24-7 Intouch from August 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Knoah Solutions, including QA Specialist from October 2020 to August 2021, and Medical Interpreter from April 2020 to October 2020. Lucia also worked as a Medical Interpreter at Workloop from January 2020 to March 2020.

Lucia Artica attended CEUTEC from 2016 to 2020, studying graphic design. Lucia then pursued a degree in industrial psychology at CEUTEC from 2020 to 2024.
