Joshua Krohn

Joshua Krohn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Joshua started their career in 2004 as an International and U.S. Customer Service Representative at Ruud Lighting, providing technical expertise and customer service. In 2010, they joined Cree as a Marketing Communications Specialist, where they designed print and digital collateral, managed website content, and monitored marketing metrics. Joshua also served as a Product Marketing Specialist, supporting the management of the product portfolio and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. In 2011, Joshua founded The Just Love Project, a non-profit design project that sold goods to support charity: water, and they handled all aspects of the project. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Focus Lab, first as a Brand and Interactive Designer and later as the Design Director. In these roles, they led design projects, managed design teams, and contributed to brand development. Currently, Joshua serves as the Head of Design at Finch, starting in 2022. Overall, they bring a strong design thinking and branding approach, along with expertise in customer service, marketing, and product management.

Joshua Krohn attended Gateway Technical College from 2005 to 2008 and earned an Associates degree in Graphic Technologies.
