Emily Neff is the Director of Public Policy at Trying Together, where they lead initiatives focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion in early childhood education. With a strong background in advocacy and policy analysis, Emily has been instrumental in various campaigns, including Pre-K for PA and Start Strong PA. They began their journey at Trying Together as a Coro Fellow in 2016 and have since held multiple roles on the policy team. Prior to this, Emily worked as a family support coordinator for the NYC Department of Education and taught first grade through Teach For America. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Allegheny College and a Master's degree in Education Policy Analysis from Teachers College of Columbia University.
