Harvey Chandler is an experienced policy and public affairs practitioner, leading advocacy efforts as Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the Global Infrastructure Investor Association since 2023, having previously focused on the European Union as a senior public affairs manager. Before this he worked for Headland Consultancy, supporting clients in the energy, financial and professional services sectors, and also gained experience with the World Health Organisation in a risk and compliance role. Harvey holds a Masters in International Relations from Queen Mary University London and a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Brunel University London.
Harvey is also a long-time member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs at Chatham House, a former member of the Atlantic Council of the United Kingdom, and served as executive, on a voluntary basis, of an organisation focused on raising the profile of international development issues with policymakers.
