Jennifer Johnson, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SNOW since November 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (CONTRACT) at Mountain Park Health Center - Goodyear from January 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they managed various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and training. Jennifer also played a key role in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, focusing on the recruitment and development of POC candidates and employees.

Jennifer's previous experience includes a role as the Market Director of Human Resources at Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020. Here, they successfully administered HR duties for two hospitals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Jennifer also played a pivotal role in creating HR policies, procedures, and processes for both existing and startup rehabilitation hospitals.

Prior to that, Jennifer served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Transdev North America from December 2013 to January 2019. In this role, they managed all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and training for a workforce of 400. Jennifer also contributed to succession planning, department reorganization, and structural decisions.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes being a Human Resources Manager at Auralog from an undisclosed time in 2008 to 2013.

Jennifer Johnson, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education at Arizona State University, where they studied English and Communications. In 2010, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in 2015, Jennifer also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
