Diandra Oliveira, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Diandra began their career in 2007 as a Social Marketer at MIT SaveTFP. In 2009, they took on the role of President of the MIT Society of Women Engineers, as well as Undergraduate Researcher at MIT Agile Robotics and Co-Coordinator at the MIT Discover Mechanical Engineering Pre-Orientation Program. In 2010, they were Vice President of Residence Exploration (REX) at the MIT Dormitory Council and Week-of-Logistics Director at the MIT Career Fair Committee. In 2011, they took on the role of Technology Marketing Intern at Adapting. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Vecna Technologies as Director of Talent Acquisition, Director, Talent Acquisition and HR, and Director, Talent Acquisition. In 2022, they began their current role as Director of People Operations at Sparrow. In this role, they are responsible for automating the most painful parts of leave across the US and Canada, reducing compliance risks, enhancing the employee experience, and containing costs.

Diandra Oliveira, SHRM-SCP has an education history that includes a Management Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors from Longwood High School, obtained between 2003 and 2007. Diandra also holds a number of certifications, including the Employing Abilities at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation obtained in May 2020, the Veterans at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation obtained in August 2019, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM obtained in February 2020.
