Lauren Markey has held a variety of roles since 2011. Lauren began their career as a Customer Service Team Lead at The Ohio State University Golf Course in 2011. In 2015, they held two roles simultaneously, as a Sales Support Specialist at Youngevity / Essential Health Sciences / 90 for Life and an Administrative Assistant at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. In 2017, Markey became the Sales & Marketing Manager at Bonita Golf Course. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive at Health IQ. Currently, Markey is an Account Executive at Sparrow, where they help employers manage employee leave across the US and Canada.
Lauren Markey holds two Bachelor's Degrees from The Ohio State University, one in International Business from the Fisher College of Business and one in Spanish Language and Phonetics. Lauren also holds a Certification in Spanish Language and Literature from the Fundacion Jose Ortega y Gasset. Additionally, Markey has obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Certification from SUCCESS Coaching in March 2022.
