Samarth Keshava

Samarth Keshava has a long history of success in the tech industry. Samarth began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Google, where they developed and launched multiple new product ideas and landed significant ranking quality improvements. Samarth was promoted three times in three years and eventually became a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Engineering Manager for Search. In this role, they successfully led and delivered multiple cross-organizational efforts, developed state-of-the-art techniques for consistently delivering 60fps on the mobile web, and landed multiple improvements to the Search integration in the Chrome browser. In 2021, Samarth became the Cofounder and CTO of Sparrow, a software-based service that makes providing employee leave simple and stress-free.

Samarth Keshava attended Yale University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics.
