Sharath Mohandas

Sharath Mohandas has a strong background in technical support and consultancy. Sharath started their career as a Hardware Technician at Crystal Systems in 2006 and then worked as a System Administrator at Aryans Infoway Private Limited in 2007. In 2008, they joined Career Craft Consultancy FZE as a Technical Consultant and stayed with the company until 2011. Sharath then joined RR Donnelley Global Outsource India Private Limited as a Technical Support Engineer (L3) and worked there until 2014. After that, they returned to Career Craft Consultancy FZE as a Senior Technical Consultant for a year. In 2015, Sharath started working at Tryzens as a Support Analyst and later progressed to the role of a Senior Support Analyst in 2018. Sharath then became a Live Operations Lead in 2021 and currently holds the position of Live Operations Specialist.

Sharath Mohandas completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in IT from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics from the University of Kerala from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Sharath Mohandas obtained the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in February 2017, and the Salesforce Certified Solution Support certification from Salesforce in June 2016.
