Jussi Orell

Jussi Orell is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as the Editor in Chief at Turun Sanomat since January 2022, Jussi Orell previously held the position of Head of the Newsroom at Lännen Media from October 2015. Jussi Orell's career also includes roles as a News Editor at TS-yhtymä and various positions at Turun Sanomat, ranging from News Editor to Crime and Court Reporter from 2003 to 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as a News Reporter for Turku TV (MTV3 Lounais-Suomi). Jussi Orell holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Tampere, completed between 1999 and 2003.
