David MacHar

David Machar has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the Head of Business Development at TSA Group in Australia starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Amplifon, including Head of Contact Centre from April 2021 to August 2023, where they focused on improving customer experience and implementing a multichannel strategy. David also served as the Performance & Operations Manager from March 2020 to April 2021, where they oversaw operational functions and led projects to outsource certain contact centre functions. Before joining Amplifon, David worked at Medibank, where they held roles such as Data, Information & Reporting Manager and Reporting & Data Analyst. Additionally, they have experience as a Store Manager at Dangerfield. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated success in optimizing operations, improving ROI, and implementing strategic initiatives.

David Machar completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Deakin University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Caulfield Grammar from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained certification in Financial Analysis for Non-Financial Managers from INSEAD in 2022.
