Mark Hays

Mark Hays is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group CFO, Executive Director, and Company Secretary at TSA Riley from September 2018 to August 2024, Mark previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at fulcrumHUB and served as Interim CFO and Company Secretary at Ambition. With a strong background as Chief Financial Officer at Pulse Health Limited, which managed a significant portfolio of hospitals, Mark contributed to its enterprise value of approximately $120 million upon acquisition. Additional experience includes roles as Investment Director at Viburnum Funds and Chief Financial Officer at Finovia Group. Earlier positions involved financial control within prominent hospitality and property groups, as well as managerial roles at EY and Arthur Andersen.
