Paul Middleton

Paul Middleton is an experienced professional in project management and construction, currently serving as General Manager - Property & Commercial at TSA Riley since May 2005. In this role, Paul has overseen the delivery of complex projects, including a significant tenure as Senior Project Manager for high-profile initiatives with the ACT Government. Prior experience includes Senior Project Manager at EPM Projects, where Paul managed various large-scale construction projects, as well as a stint as Contract Manager at Walter Constructions overseeing multi-million dollar trade contracts. Paul began their career as a Quantity Surveyor at DG Jones & Partners. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Building Construction Management from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Building from the University of Canberra.
