Adam Stage

Adam Stage is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational resilience and risk management. Currently serving as Head of Operational Resilience at TSB Bank since November 2021, Adam has previously held senior roles at PwC and the Financial Conduct Authority, where responsibilities included risk framework management and regulatory compliance. Adam's early career included notable positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Lloyds TSB Bank plc, focusing on performance insights and migration strategies. Adam holds an MSc in Information Systems, Organisation and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, as well as a BSc in International Management from The University of Manchester, complemented by additional certifications in corporate treasury and project management.
