Alex Robinson

Alex Robinson is an experienced professional in fraud prevention and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Fraud Prevention at TSB Bank since January 2022. Under Alex's leadership, TSB has maintained its position as the leading UK bank for customer fraud protection, offering a unique fraud refund guarantee. Prior to TSB, Alex worked as a Fraud SME at Featurespace, specializing in advanced machine learning solutions for major banks and payment processors. Alex’s extensive background includes roles as Senior Manager of Fraud Analytics at Lloyds Banking Group and as Fraud Prevention Manager at RBS. Earlier career experiences include project management in data intelligence at UK Payments Ltd and serving as a Senior Intelligence Officer at DCPCU. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from The University of Salford.
