Andrew Hillis

Andrew Hillis has over three decades of experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on risk management and operational oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Programmes and Change Oversight at Tesco Bank since April 2016, Andrew is responsible for implementing risk frameworks and delivering annual assurance plans. Previously, at TSB Bank, Andrew held a similar role focusing on operational risk management and oversaw key projects during the bank's establishment. Andrew's tenure at Lloyds Banking Group included leading risk oversight activities and coaching colleagues, further consolidating extensive operational risk expertise. Earlier roles at HBOSplc and the Bank of Scotland involved managing complex audit assignments and contributing to the development of internal audit methodologies. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Stirling.
