Josh Taylor

Josh Taylor, CRCM, is an experienced professional in the field of operational risk management and compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Risk Oversight at Discover Financial Services since July 2022. Prior to this role, Taylor held several positions at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., including Vice President and Monitoring and Testing Lead, where extensive expertise in compliance testing was developed from February 2008 to July 2022. Taylor began a career in finance as a Mortgage Originations and Short Sale Negotiator and later served as a Research Officer. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Jacksonville (2001-2003) and a High School Diploma from Middleburg High School (1995-1999), with a strong foundation in higher mathematics, including calculus and physics.
