Darsha Shah

Darsha Shah is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in project management and IT systems analysis. Currently, as a Senior Tech Lead at TSB Bank since April 2024, Darsha focuses on everyday banking technologies. At Metro Bank, since June 2019, Darsha has held roles including Lead Project Manager and Senior Technical Lead, managing SME lending solution efforts across mobile and store feature teams. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at HSBC, where digitization of mortgage applications for the Chinese and Canadian markets was a key focus, and a lengthy tenure at Citi from 1999 to 2018 in various senior roles, including Senior IT Project Manager, specializing in consumer workload migration to Linux in the EMEA region. Darsha's career began in IT support roles at companies including Copelco and NET2000 following a BSc degree in Computing & Information Systems from The University of Manchester.
