Stephen Budd

Stephen Budd has diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Stephen currently works as a Senior Manager at TSB Bank, where they are responsible for driving the stabilisation and optimisation of the bank's technology and building strong relationships between various departments. Before this, they briefly worked as a Customer Assistant at Morrisons. Prior to their current role, Stephen worked at NatWest Group as an IT Programme Manager, where they led a team in simplifying and modernising technology. Stephen also worked as a Senior Project Manager at RBS, leading the successful delivery of various technology solutions and managing budgets and resources. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles at NatWest as a Call Centre Team Leader and Credit Officer, and as a Retail Banking Officer. Stephen began their career as a Customer Services Support Assistant at Pool Hayes Academy. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in programme and project management, technology transformation, and customer service.

Stephen Budd has a diverse education history. In 1982, they began their studies at Pool Hayes Academy in Willenhall, where they pursued A-Levels in Economics, English Literature, Sociology, and Geography. Stephen completed their A-Levels in 1989.

In 1990, Stephen obtained a Foundation of Banking Certificate from The Chartered Banker Institute.

Years later, in 2007, they received the Lean Business Champion certification from Smallpeice Enterprises and the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) - APMP (IPMA Level D Certification) from the Association for Project Management.

In 2019, Stephen became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from The Knowledge Academy.

In 2020, they obtained the ITIL4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, they completed the Essential Digital Skills Programme, offered by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

In the same year, Stephen also pursued a course called "Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health" from Harvard Online.
