Suzanne Roeder

Suzanne Roeder currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Suffolk Construction, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy, marketing, talent, business development, and IT to drive long-term growth and innovation. Additionally, Suzanne is a Board Member at TSC and previously founded and led The Fern Trail, an e-commerce business specializing in home goods and gifting, before selling it. Previous roles include Chief Business Operations Officer at Perch, where leadership focused on integrations, international markets, and talent management, as well as extensive experience at Bain & Company, culminating as EVP of Global Strategic Initiatives. Suzanne’s educational background includes an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
