Qin Xue Cheong

Qin Xue Cheong has extensive work experience in the field of data science. They currently serve as the Lead Data Scientist at TSC.ai, where they lead a team in creating data science solutions for news classification, content recommendation, and data mining. They have updated the technology used for Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval. Prior to this role, Qin Xue Cheong worked at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, holding various positions including Assistant Director (Data Science), Data Scientist, and Strategy Analyst (Sustainability and Sensing). In these roles, they led teams, delivered data science solutions, provided technical guidance, and collaborated with stakeholders on projects such as anomaly detection, information retrieval, graph database transformation, and sentiment mining.

Qin Xue Cheong completed a Masters of Technology in Enterprise Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Qin Xue Cheong obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the same university from 2008 to 2012.
