Syed Shahid I has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

Syed Shahid started their professional career at GE Grid Solutions in 2009, where they worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee from July 2009 to June 2010. Syed Shahid then took on the role of Site Lead from July 2010 to January 2013 and later served as a Construction Manager from February 2013 to July 2014.

Following their time at GE Grid Solutions, Syed joined Larsen & Toubro - PT&D International Operations as a Senior Project Engineer from August 2014 to September 2016.

In 2017, they pursued an MBA at Singapore Management University, completing the program from January 2017 to December 2017. During this time, they also interned as a Change Management Consultant at Daggerwing Group, Inc. from May 2017 to December 2017.

After completing their MBA, Syed transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager at TSC.ai from May 2018 to December 2019. Syed Shahid then progressed to the role of Senior Client Success Manager from January 2020 to December 2020 before being promoted to Head of Customer Success in January 2021, a position they currently hold.

Syed Shahid I pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Singapore Management University in the year 2017. Prior to that, they attended Coimbatore Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they have received certifications such as the IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM in March 2018 and an Electrical Engineer Associate Degree from the Saudi Council of Engineers in January 2015.
