David Andrews is a Partner at The Shopping Center Group, where they manage the Richmond, VA office and are involved in site selection, land acquisition, and project representation for retailers and shopping center developers. Having participated in all phases of the development process, David has extensive experience in marketing, contract negotiation, pro forma analysis, site layout, and governmental approval processes.
