Previously, Thiago held roles at Toshiba International Corporation, including Advisor and Export Sales Manager, where the focus was on sales, business development, and marketing for power transformers in North America. Early career experience includes positions as a Business Development Associate and Export Sales Analyst, where responsibilities included negotiating with customers and conducting market analysis. Thiago holds an MBA in Executive Business Management from Ibmec and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva, complemented by an Industrial Technician degree from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
