Rory McKeand

Rory McKeand is an experienced executive with a strong background in project management and business transformation. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at TSG since January 2017, McKeand is accountable for the successful delivery of the company's NPS +80 project and managed services, while driving a new Customer Success engagement model and enhancing profitability. Previously, McKeand held the role of Director of Business Transformation, leading various initiatives aimed at improving operational processes, customer engagement, and employee satisfaction. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust, Sage, and NCFE, where McKeand successfully managed sizable project portfolios, developed strategic programs, and oversaw cross-functional teams.
